Job Description

As part of the development of our activities with one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist that will work on Incident Management & Service Desk Optimization.

Main duties :

  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Provide support and coaching for end users
  • Install and configure End User Computing devices and software (including laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, phones)
  • Conduct local and remote troubleshooting (hardware, software, network, access issues, conference rooms)
  • Contribute to service desk enhancements and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements

 

Qualifications

We are looking for :

  • CFC or IT Technician diploma
  • 3 up to 5 years of experience as a help desk technician or in an end-user support role
  • Good knowledge on Windows Operating System, iOS
  • Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, but also independently when required
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders and users
  • Fluency in German and English, French is aplus
