Job Openings: Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Maintenance and updating of documents in the quality, environmental, and health management system.


• Processing simple document changes and supporting adjustments in coordination with the supervisor. 


• Support with audits, for example by preparing documents. 


• Assistance in implementing legal and group-internal quality, environmental, or health requirements. 


• Support in creating and maintaining environmental key figures and evaluations. 


• Processing customer inquiries using existing templates. 


• Preparing and compiling customer-specific information in coordination with the relevant departments. 


• Supporting projects through administrative and organizational tasks. 


• Assisting with the collection, preparation, and analysis of data, for example in the ERP system. 

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training (EFZ), ideally in an industrial environment.


• Initial exposure to administrative or process-oriented tasks. 


• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken. 


• Confident use of Microsoft Office products, good basic Excel skills, and an interest in developing skills in data analysis. 


• Experience in using digital tools, such as Copilot. 


• Friendly and positive manner when interacting with employees and external contacts. 


• Independent, structured, and team-oriented personality. 


• Enjoyment of operational, detail-oriented tasks. 


• Openness to change and willingness to learn new topics.
