You are organized, flexible, hands-on, and most importantly willing to learn and develop your professional expertise. You are interested in supporting our product legal team in managing a growing number of complex transactions, and are willing to help structure and streamline our operating processes.
- Due diligence on counterparties and products/investments.
- Conducting periodic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Managing the relationship with business partners in terms of compliance requirements.
- Participation in firm-wide projects regarding automation and client-related tools.
- Bachelors in law.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Precise, organized, and reliable working style.
- Able to work well autonomously and in a team, and a good team player who can integrate and work in a multicultural team/environment.
- Experienced with MS Office tools.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English, any other language will be an advantage.
