About the position
For our Operations Department in Zurich, we are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and proactive Junior Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day customer service and order processing activities to ensure smooth and positive customer experience. You will coordinate customer orders and shipments, assist with the preparation of export and customs documentation, and maintain accurate records in our systems. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain operations within an international business environment.
