About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Customer Success & Performance Marketing Manager (Italian) (m/f/d) to join one of our partner companies and develop its Customer Success strategies.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on solving customer’s queries and get the opportunity to contribute to various marketing projects.
Join our partner company: A Swiss MarTech company empowering marketers with AI-optimised marketing analytics software, enabling data-driven decision-making for enhanced ad performance and budget optimisation.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for their success.
- Establish strong customer relationships through personalised consultations, expert advice, and customised strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimisation to empower our partner’s customer’s success.
- Support the team in onboarding tasks, ensuring a smooth and effective process for the customer.
- Monitor and analyse our customer’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your Profile
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Highly empathetic, with a customer-first mindset and a talent for storytelling.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively use software, explain its features, and leverage its capabilities to solve clients' problems.
- Well-organised, with the ability to structure and prioritise work efficiently.
- Business fluent in Italian andEnglish (German is a plus).
- Studied Marketing, Business, or a related field, with ideally some practical experience.
Please note that we’re looking for support in the Zürich office of our partner company. Eligibility to work in Switzerland is required.
