Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer (60- 80%)

We created a financial engineering network centred around our proprietary platform solution GenTwo PRO, which empowers investment professionals to create unlimited, white-labelled investment solutions. 
 
Founded in 2018, we have established a strong footprint, serving over 250 clients in 26 countries and facilitating the launch of over 1000 investment products. As of 2023, we have grown its assets under services to almost USD 3 bn and have a team of over 80 employees in our international offices.

We are looking for an ambitious Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer to boost our future growth.

• Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support to users and systems in our company.
• Perform installation, configuration, routine monitoring, and maintenance of all aspects of our IT infrastructure.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding process of employees and access control.
• Create technical documentation and step-by-step procedures for end-users.
• Stay informed about modern technologies and IT trends so we are always aware of what we can improve.

• Experience in some of the following skills:
  • Microsoft Office administration
  • Identity Provider (IdP) and SSO management
  • Permission and Access Management
  • Endpoint management (GPO, MDM, or any other)
  • Asset Management
  • Technical Support
  • Networking and Cybersecurity
  • Supporting Audio-Video systems
  • Administering over a hybrid (device-wise) environment Hardware procurement and refurbishment
  • Administering over CRM or Project Management applications
  • Maintaining file hosting and sharing software (Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Writing technical documentation and instructions
• Patience for end users (not every employee is an engineer????).
• Talent to “Google” your way out of problems.
• Ability to prioritize your tasks in real-time.
• Capability to communicate your ongoing tasks and priorities to coworkers.
• Proficiency in English. You must feel comfortable to work fully in English speaking environment.
