Junior Marketing Communication Specialist

Damiani Group , one of the main international players in jewelry, is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist for Salvini. 

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and overseeing the execution of the Social Content Media Strategy for Salvini Brand.

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with experience and passion for fashion luxury, digital and social media and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Search, Web Listening and Brand Monitoring with a strong interest in building a global experience and community working across markets, understanding the nuances of engaging audiences where the Brand has varying levels of strength.

This position is within the Marketing and Communications department and reports directly to Marketing Director.

Your achivements;

• Creation and management of contents for websites, social channels and sales tools.
• Planning of social media contents for all our brands;
• Development of advertising campaigns for online and offline media.
• Creation of publishing tools such as catalogues, leaflets and sales folders.
• Coordination of photo and video production for advertising, social channels, salesforce training.
• Editing and enhancing web copy to ensure clarity, coherence, and effectiveness. 
•  Management of creative agencies, photographers and PR to ensure a smooth collaboration between all departments.
• Support and coordination of communication activities across all business areas worldwide.

Who you are:

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing in luxury field;
• Degree in communication sciences, marketing, media or a similar field of studies;
• Strong communication skills, knowledge of human nature and an actively thinking way of working;
• Past fashion and/or luxury experience is preferred;
• Passion for Consumer Marketing, with experience in turning data into actionable insights.
• Great interest in employer branding and passion for social media and community topics
• Use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of basic image editing software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud
• High affinity for new technologies and digital media
• Strong team player with high organization and planning skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
