Job Title: Junior Office Assistant (40 – 60%)

Salona Consulting is the first agency specializing in assisting these descendants to reconnect to their Croatian heritage by claiming Croatian citizenship by descent. Our office is based in Lucerne, Switzerland, and specializes in providing comprehensive solutions to our clients who want to become Croatian citizens. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: As a Junior Office Assistant at Salona Consulting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will work closely with our team to provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, and assist in managing daily tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within our organization and become an integral part of our team.

Tasks

  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment, including ordering supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring all office equipment is in working order.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks to ensure the accuracy and organization of important documents.
  • Document Preparation: Create and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Client Interaction: Interface with clients professionally and assist with client inquiries.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office or Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in Croatian, Portuguese, and/or Spanish is desirable.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
