• Verantwortung für mittlere bis große Projekte im Transformatorengeschäft

• Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektanforderungen, einschließlich Zeitplänen, Dokumentation, Projektoptimierungen, Kostenkontrolle, Projektzielen und Risikobewertungen

• Klärung technischer Details mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern nach Auftragseingang

• Zentrale Ansprechperson für die interne und externe Projektkommunikation, sowohl gegenüber Kunden als auch dem Produktionsstandort

• Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Projektabschlusses gemäß vertraglichen Bedingungen und internen Richtlinien

• Verantwortung für Claim- und Reklamationsmanagement zur Minimierung potenzieller Geschäftsrisiken

Dein Hintergrund

• Studium der Elektrotechnik, des Maschinenbaus oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets

• Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im komplexen Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit mehreren parallellaufenden Projekten

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Transformatoren, Kenntnisse in der Hochspannungstechnik sind von Vorteil

• Erfahrung im Claim- und Risikomanagement

• Gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch ist von Vorteil

• Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) ist ein Plus

How you’ll make an impact

• Responsibility for medium to large projects in the transformer business

• Management and monitoring of project requirements including schedules, documentation, project optimizations, cost control, project objectives, and risk assessments

• Clarification of technical details with customers and internal stakeholders following order placement

• Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external project communication, both with customers and production site

• Ensuring successful project completion in accordance with contractual conditions and internal guidelines

• Ownership of claims and complaint management to prevent potential business risks

Your background

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

• At least 8 years of experience in project management, ideally involving multiple parallel projects

• In-depth knowledge in transformers, knowledge in High Voltage technology is a plus

• Experience in claims and risk management

• Solid understanding of contract law

• Fluency in German and English, French is a plus

• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
