Key Account Manager - Radiology (e/v/e/r/y/o/n/e)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Radiology Team. The ideal candidate will have practical field experience, preferably as a radiographer (TRM/MTRA) or a specialized nurse in the field of interventional radiology. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts across Switzerland building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in radiology sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of Bayer's radiology products.
• Conduct field interventions in interventional radiology to demonstrate product effectiveness and provide hands-on support to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Provide expert knowledge and support to healthcare professionals regarding our radiology solutions.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in a field-based role within radiology sector.
• Background as a radiographer or specialized nurse is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of radiology products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in German and/or French and English.
