Job Description - KYC - Registration Specialist

We are seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic person to join our Client Relations team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head Client Relations and play an important role in Kolmar's registration process.

Your Tasks:

Manage the onboarding process with external counterparties
Serving as the primary point of contact during the registration process
Registering with online portals, inputting of data into registration systems, and the completion of KYC assessment forms
Providing excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process with the external counterparty
Work with the Client Relations Team regarding Kolmar’s onboarding of new counterparties
Updating Management throughout the KYC Registration process
Work with the Legal Department to establish NDA’s
Work with the Legal Department on the sharing of information regarding litigation and arbitrational matters
Work with the Compliance Team on compliance related matters
Assisting Traders/Operational Teams during the completion of tender registration process
Updating and maintaining registration records and the documentation related to the onboarding process
Ensuring the company information shared is in line with internal policies and procedures
Preparation of reports on registration data including tracking the registration process
Upholding of confidentiality standards regarding company information
General administrative tasks to support the Client Relations – Credit Team

Attention to detail, precision in entering data and verifying information is critical
Problem solving skills to address any issues which may arise during the registration process
Experience/understanding of the commodities sector
Proficiency in computer skills
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with external counterparties and internal departments
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Strong team player with the ability to adapt to the daily demands of working in a fast paced commodity trading environment
