• Responsible for developing the conceptual layout for the entire plant during the proposal phase of large Waste-to-Energy, Power to X, Renewable Gas and Carbon Capture EPC projects globally
• Build the 3D model and collaborate in the preparation of overall plant concepts (process integration, maintenance, traffic management, escape routes, etc.)
• Optimize the arrangement to ensure a cost competitive offering and coordinate interfaces with the various disciplines (process engineering, electrical & control, civil foundations & steel structures, construction, procurement, logistics, etc.)
• Review contract specifications, identify project risks and opportunities, participate to layout reviews, technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and partners
• Prepare planning documents, layout drawings and provide civil and construction data
• Handover to project execution team
• Actively participate in maintaining tendering know-how, tools, guidelines, and seek to implement lessons learned from executed projects

• At least 5 years’ experience in an international EPC environment (energy, renewables, environmental technology, or in similar industry)
• Solid project execution or tendering background with knowledge in process equipment layout, steel structure and civil design, and good understanding of technical cost drivers
• User know-how of engineering tools such as E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit
• Deep understanding of 2D and 3D CAD modeling and awareness of BIM methodology
• Specific experience in process technologies of Energy from Waste plants is a plus (Combustion & Boiler, Flue Gas Treatment, Water Steam Cycle, Balance of Plant)
• Autonomous, proactive, curious, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Fluent in English, any other language(s) welcomed
