Lean Transformation Manager

An international manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Lean Transformation Manager to lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Lean not from PowerPoint presentations, but from the production floor.

Location: Delémont, Switzerland

Your Mission

• Conduct value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas

• Design, implement and sustain Lean transformation strategies aligned with business objectives

• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects

• Train and coach teams on Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.)

• Analyse performance data and present measurable results to stakeholders

• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement

• Partner with leadership to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to build and implement a Lean program from the ground up

• Strong hands-on experience with Lean tools (Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)

• Solid track record in manufacturing environments

• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams

• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills

• Team-oriented, open-minded and pragmatic approach

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Lean principles in manufacturing

• Lean / Six Sigma certification (Black Belt strongly preferred)

• Fluent English and French (both used daily in professional context)
