Job Description

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.

• Identifies and analyze issues, guests’ feedback and other problems recur in multiple points; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.

• Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that the service / products meet required specifications for quality, function and reliability prior to delivery service to guests.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 5 years experience in this field.

• Good organizational and administrative skill.

• Good personality, cheerful attitude, proactive and good team player.
