Job Description
Identifies and analyze issues, guests’ feedback and other problems recur in multiple points; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that the service / products meet required specifications for quality, function and reliability prior to delivery service to guests.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in this field.
