THE ROLE

We are seeking a Legal AI & Transformation Lead for an international group in the consumer goods sector. The successful candidate will combine broad in-house legal experience with practical expertise in legal operations and AI to enhance the way the legal function delivers its services. Key responsibilities will include assessing existing processes, selecting and implementing appropriate technology solutions, streamlining contracting workflows, and driving adoption across legal and business teams. The role reports directly to the General Counsel. Fluency in English is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess the legal function’s processes and technology needs and agree a prioritized transformation roadmap with the General Counsel.

Evaluate, pilot, and implement suitable legal technology and AI solutions based on business requirements, integration needs, costs and measurable benefits.

Simplify contracting workflows for sales, procurement, supply and distribution agreements, including intake, review, approvals, signature and storage.

Develop priority templates, clause libraries and playbooks, and improve access to existing contracts, legal knowledge and key contractual obligations.

Coordinate implementation with internal stakeholders and external providers, including configuration, document migration and testing where required.

Improve legal knowledge management and the organisation of corporate documentation across jurisdictions, making guidance, agreements and entity records easier to retrieve.

YOUR PROFILE

Master of Law (LL.M. or lic. iur./MLaw); admission to practice law is an advantage.

Solid, broad in-house legal experience, including commercial contracting and corporate matters, complemented by several years of relevant experience in legal operations or legal technology.

Hands-on experience implementing a CLM system and evaluating, piloting or deploying AI tools for legal work, with a good understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Strong project and change management skills, a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required
