Manager Urban Transportation (all genders)

We are looking for reinforcement for our rapidly growing Logistics & Transportation sectors, with a special focus on Urban Transportation. As an expert in these areas, you will play a central role in building and maintaining customer accounts. You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure their successful implementation.
Additionally, you will lead industry-specific system implementations, acting as the bridge between business and IT. Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio in the Urban Transportation sector. You will identify new business opportunities, establish long-term, trusting relationships, and help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current demands and trends in the industry.

• You have a University degree
• At least six years of professional experience in consulting and/or managing projects in the field of urban mobility and transportation infrastructure
• Passion for the digitization of transportation processes and the implementation of IT solutions to optimize urban mobility
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent understanding of core business processes particularly regarding urban transportation and infrastructure projects
• Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit)
• Strong leadership skills
• Reliable sales network
• Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus (e.g., Chinese)
