The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).We are looking for a proactive and curious Marketing Intern to support the Audi F1 Team marketing across a wide range of topics—from brand and brand activation, to digital platforms, merchandising & licensing, and marketing performance tracking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of global sport, premium branding, and cutting-edge marketing. As part of a fast-growing team preparing for Audi’s official entry into Formula 1 in 2026, you will gain exposure to high-impact projects and work closely with internal experts and external partners. Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and project coordination across all key workstreams.
Assist in the preparation and execution of brand activation and partner campaigns
Manage and track digital platform content, assets, and CRM initiatives
Contribute to merchandising, licensing, and e-commerce initiatives
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing performance evaluations
Conduct competitive research and compile trend reports across sports, automotive, and digital marketing
Help coordinate with agencies, support event preparation, and review creative assets
Maintain team documentation and marketing calendars
Support internal communication and alignment across departments
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, or CMS is a plus
Strong interest in sports, digital marketing, and brand experience
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Team player with a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude
Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
