Marketing Specialist - Advisory Services

We are looking for a dynamic and agile marketing specialist to support with the marketing strategy implementation for our advisory services!

You will be accountable for creating and executing ROI-driven marketing activities using the full suite of marketing tools and channels. You will engage with stakeholders at all seniority levels to deliver effective campaigns and elevate the positioning of our services on the Swiss market as well as responding to our clients' business challenges around topics like sustainability, compliance/risk management and more.

The role involves providing tactical marketing advice, designing, and driving campaign delivery.

How you can make an impact

• Execute our go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with relevant advisory leaders, providing tactical marketing advice, ensuring strong alignment with the business objectives and a ROI driven approach
• Implement the approved marketing plan, providing compelling and innovative experiences for our clients. This includes but is not limited to: Producing catchy content for our digital communication channels, coordinating on-and offline programmes for defined communities of clients, creating impactful client-facing material
• Review the outcomes of each campaign or asset, reporting impact and return on investment. Combine this impact analysis with competitor's activity review and client feedback to make better-informed recommendations for a successful differentiated marketing
• Properly manage the allocated marketing budget, providing regular reports to senior management
• Liaise with global and European marketing counterparts to share knowledge, best practices and to leverage marketing assets.

Who we are looking for

• Relevant degree in marketing or related fields
• 3-6 years of marketing experience, of which ideally some in a professional services firm.
• Proven track record in creating and executing campaigns across all marketing channels and targeting a senior business audience
• Excellent organisation skills, with an ability to multitask and deliver to short and challenging deadlines to keep up with a fast-paced working environment.
• Working experience with Salesforce, Marketo or other content management systems and marketing automation tools an asset
• Fluency in English and German. French is a plus
