1) Support the Planning team
•Supporting the company strategy manager and program lead with event management, logistical and administrative duties
•Assisting with the development of senior management and external stakeholder communications including presentation support
•Assists in detailed project plans including cost, schedule, and resource requirements
•Provide general support to the Workstream lead
•Responsible for gathering and developing show reports – pre, during and post reports for stakeholders ie lead management, dwell time on site, # of visitors, # of trade press etc
•Responsible for the company budget tracking and reporting
2) Logistics of the tradeshow
•Working to firm timelines, management of all marketing assets in coordination with Workstream Leads
•Content version control documentation and management
•Assisting in the development of international dealer communications
•Event support for duration of the show, including the set up of the exhibition
3) Communications
•Organize internal company stakeholder meetings
•Support with development of reports and presentation materials
•Collating materials required for stakeholder updates
