Measurement Technician QC Composite

Inspection and measurement of vehicle components made of composite materials, as well as associated individual parts, laminating molds, and fixtures using 3D measuring arms, 3D laser scanners, and handheld measurement tools

Control and identification of non-conforming parts

Preparation, documentation, and creation of inspection reports

Recording of error reports in the quality management system

Cross-departmental collaboration for the efficient development and implementation of solutions

Point of contact and support for various departments in measurement and technical drawing-related issues

Successfully completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in the field of quality assurance
AUKOM Level 1 & 2 desirable

Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software

Experience in using common handheld measuring instruments

Good knowledge in reading technical drawings – ISO GPS 8015

Structured, precise, and independent working style

High resilience and flexibility, as well as willingness to work in a 2-shift system

Fluent in German or English, with the willingness to learn basic knowledge of the other language
