MES Specialist

Our client is a well-established organisation that places high value on stable IT services, strong security standards, and efficient end user support. To strengthen the internal IT Helpdesk, we are looking for a service-oriented professional who provides reliable first-level support and assists employees across the organisation with technical inquiries.

Your Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be the support and further development of the Manufacturing Execution System. This includes modelling and testing MES master recipes, specifying and validating new system functionalities, and providing first-level support for end users in a regulated production environment. You will work closely with Business, Quality Assurance, and IT, and actively contribute to ongoing projects. A comprehensive onboarding and training program will be provided at the start of your employment to ensure you are fully prepared for the role

• You are responsible for production master recipe design and testing, including master data management in MES
• You are involved in the implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
• You work closely with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering, and Suppliers
• You provide 1st Line Support
• You support other IT OT systems such as SAP, Warehouse Management (EWM), Quality Systems, and Projects

Who you are:

• You bring degree in informatics, engineering or logistics
• You have deep knowledge and several years hands on experience in MES recipe design in Rockwell PharmaSuite
• You bring experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
• You have good technical understanding with good networked thinking and communication skills
• You are someone with a high level of service orientation and deal with internal/external customers in an open and constructive manner
• You are Fluent in German and English
