About the Opportunity

Foxmont Talent is supporting a Swiss organisation looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to help develop its modern workplace environment.

You'll work across a broad Microsoft ecosystem covering messaging, identity, collaboration and security, with the opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with automation, solution design and technical consulting.

This is a strong opportunity for somebody who enjoys taking ownership of Microsoft technologies and improving how they are used across a complex organisation.

Main Responsibilities

• Engineer and support Microsoft 365 services.


• Manage Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.


• Work across Active Directory and Entra ID.


• Support Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online.


• Automate administration and operations with PowerShell.


• Troubleshoot messaging and mail-flow issues.


• Contribute to M365 security and platform improvements.


• Support technical design and modernisation projects.

Your Profile

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Several years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience.


• Strong Exchange and Exchange Online knowledge.


• Active Directory and Entra ID expertise.


• Experience with Teams and SharePoint Online.


• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender is advantageous.


• Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure and identity.


• Professional German and English language skills.
