As the home of legendary skateboarding brands like Emerica and éS, our creative team is fueled by authenticity, innovation, and a deep respect for skateboarding culture. We're looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who’s not just a skilled visual storyteller, but someone who lives skateboarding and understands its visual language from the inside out.
This role isn’t just about design—it’s about shaping the look and feel of two of the most iconic brands in skateboarding. We need someone with real familiarity with skate culture, who understands the subtleties, the style, and the soul of skating. You should be just as comfortable designing for digital campaigns as you are for physical products and photo/video shoots.
Location: Rolle, Switzerland
- Support the overall art direction of Emerica and éS with a deep sensitivity to their heritage and cultural influence.
- Ensure that all visual output reflects the authentic voice of skateboarding and resonates with core and emerging audiences.
- Collaborate with senior creatives to evolve and maintain brand identity, drawing on skateboarding references, community insights, and trend awareness.
- Design and produce impactful visual assets across both digital and print—catalogs, lookbooks, advertising, POS materials, and content for photo and video shoots.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all formats, with a keen eye for detail and authenticity.
- Lead the creation of digital design assets, including website visuals, email layouts, social content, and digital ads optimized for mobile and web.
- Balance creativity with functionality—ensure user-friendly, responsive design while maintaining the gritty, bold spirit of skateboarding.
- Keep Emerica and éS digitally fresh and culturally connected by designing content that resonates with the skate community.
- Work closely with product and development teams on graphic applications, color selections, and material finishes for footwear and apparel.
- Provide visual concepts and direction that elevate product storytelling and presentation, both in-line and in marketing materials.
- Bring ideas to life through creative input during product photo shoots and promotional content planning.
