✈️ Station Manager – Permanent Position ✈️

We’re supporting a leading MRO in the search for an experienced Station Manager to take full operational ownership of a major maintenance base.

This is a senior leadership role for a professional who combines strong technical understanding with proven people management and financial control skills.

You will:
- Lead a multicultural team of 50–60 professionals
- Manage Line Maintenance and Light Base operations
- Oversee the maintenance of a fleet of 30 A320 aircraft
- Hold full P&L and budget responsibility

Your profile
- Solid technical background in aircraft maintenance (B1 License not necessary)
- Proven experience managing medium to large maintenance teams
- Strong leadership, communication and soft skills
- French Speaker would be a huge bonus

- 6-figure salary (without counting the decimals)
