Job Description: We are looking for an on-call chef for a private family residing in Cologny. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of French, Italian dishes, BBQ, and canapés for groups ranging from 6 to 12 people.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cooking of diverse meals including French, Italian dishes, BBQ, and canapés as per the family's needs and preferences
• Menu planning in coordination with family members
• Sourcing fresh and high-quality ingredients
• Adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
• Flexibility to work on-call based on family events and gatherings

Requirements

• Possession of a European/Swiss passport or valid Swiss work permit
• Previous experience as a private chef, preferably in a family or similar environment

• Ability to cook for groups of 6 to 12 people
• In-depth knowledge of French and Italian cuisine, as well as BBQ techniques
• Ability to prepare canapés and other appetizers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage menus and sourcing
• Flexible schedule and availability on-call as per family needs
