The role contributes to organizational effectiveness, culture, performance, and transformation priorities as the company continues to scale and grow. The OD Manager provides deep expertise across organizational development, organization design, workforce planning, DE&I, and change management. The role combines strong diagnostic capability, structured delivery, and high-quality execution, translating business strategy into effective organizational solutions and insights.
This role requires the ability to operate in a global corporate environment, collaborate across teams beyond formal role boundaries, and balance strategic contribution with detailed, hands-on delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Drive key organizational development initiatives, including organization design, ways of working, leadership and team effectiveness, and performance-related interventions aligned with business strategy.

  • Lead the company’s listening strategy by managing engagement surveys, focus groups, and qualitative assessments, transforming data into clear insights that guide organizational, workforce, and leadership decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with Talent, Performance, Development, Leadership, Employer Branding, and HRBP teams to design and deliver impactful solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness and engagement.

  • Enable workforce planning and DE&I priorities with a strong business lens. Ensure initiatives enhance capability, inclusion, and engagement across the organization.

  • Support major transformation programs using structured change management and project management methodologies.

  • Act as an internal consultant and facilitator, designing workshops and trainings. Develop clear, executive-ready concepts and presentations that enable decisions and stakeholder alignment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred. Strong foundation in organizational development, design, and business-related fields.

  • Extensive years in organizational development & design, workforce planning, or transformation roles in global or complex environments. Experience in consulting or Big 4 and matrixed organizations is a plus.

  • Proven expertise in change management and employee engagement processes, including survey design, analysis, and action planning. Experience applying formal frameworks (e.g., Prosci) in large-scale transformations.

  • Strong DE&I and workforce planning experience with measurable business impact. Ability to use data, dashboards, and analytics to inform talent, capability, and inclusion decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and executive presence. Comfortable working in global, cross cultural environments and contributing to a collaborative, learning-oriented culture.

  • English proficiency required; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
