OT Security Service Manager (Factory IT, Switzerland) (m/f/d) (80-100%)

With a strong focus on implementation and operation in industrial environments, this role is responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of OT security services across Swiss factory locations mainly in Kanton Aargau and external sites. While global cybersecurity defines strategy, standards, and governance, this role ensures their practical execution and effectiveness on the shopfloor. 

As OT Security Service Manager (m/f/d), you will act as the local service owner for OT security at operational level, the primary factory IT interface to global cybersecurity, and a hands-on driver for implementation, remediation, and continuous improvement. The role combines operational service ownership, project execution, and resilience enhancement in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:  

Disaster Recovery, Change Enablement & Collaboration 

• Support the definition and execution of OT disaster recovery strategy, backup concepts, recovery readiness, and service continuity measures 
• Act as the bridge between global or external teams and local factory IT by assessing operational impact, defining mitigation actions, and ensuring changes fit maintenance windows and production constraints 
• Act as the single point of contact for OT security topics in Switzerland and collaborate closely with factory IT, global cybersecurity, production, investment department and external vendors
