Act as the right hand to the Head of Legal, providing comprehensive support in managing their schedule, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating efficient communication within the legal department and across the organization. Handle corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance. Handle basic contract negotiations, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts under the supervision of attorneys. Prepare and maintain litigation reports, including tracking case statuses, deadlines, and outcomes. Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents. Organize compliance trainings for employees, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain and update legal databases and records. Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
