Partner Logistics & Transportation (all genders)

We are looking for reinforcement for our rapidly growing Logistics & Transportation sectors. As an expert in these areas, you will play a central role in building and maintaining customer accounts. You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure their successful implementation.
Additionally, you will lead industry-specific system implementations, acting as the bridge between business and IT. Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio in the Logistics & Transportation sectors. You will identify new business opportunities, establish long-term, trusting relationships, and help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current demands and trends in the industry.

• University degree
• Extensive industry experience (transportation, logistics, rail, shipping, aviation)
• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• At least ten years of professional experience in consulting and/or relevant project experience
• Proven sales track record of 3 to 6 million
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent understanding of core business processes
• Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit)
• Strong leadership skills
• Reliable sales network
• Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus (e.g., Chinese)
