We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker / Product Development Technician (100%) to join our Atelier-Team in Wollerau, Switzerland, with immediate effect or by agreement.

Working closely with our design, product development and atelier teams, you will help transform designs into beautifully fitted, production-ready garments while ensuring they are practical and efficient for industrial manufacturing.

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years of professional pattern making experience


• Knowledge of any CAD system, Gerber Technology preferred
  


• Excellent tailoring skills


• Experience with high-stretch jersey fabrics


• Grading experience and understanding of industrial production


• Strong communication skills with factories


• Good English skills (German is an advantage)


• A collaborative, hands-on mindset and a passion for continuous learning

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of patterns and garment specifications from prototype to production


• Assist with pattern corrections, grading and fit optimisation


• Participate in fit sessions and document technical comments and pattern updates


• Measure and evaluate development and production samples against specifications


• Prepare technical documentation, size charts and fit comments for manufacturers


• Work closely with the design, product development and atelier teams to ensure garments are production-ready
