Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise all core HR Operations processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records

  • Develop and execute the People strategy to support company growth from 150 to 500+ employees

  • Build/implement scalable HR processes, systems, and automations

  • Lead company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, equity programs, learning & development, and leadership enablement

  • Act as a trusted People Partner to managers on performance, development, and employee relations

  • Drive employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture across the organisation

  • Collaborate with other departments to define staffing needs and ensure efficient hiring processes

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across all locations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People, preferably in a fast-growing startup or technology company

  • Hands-on experience with payroll, employment contracts, benefits, and HR compliance

  • Experience building and improving People processes and systems

  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with managers and leadership

  • Ownership mindset with a willingness to operate both strategically and hands-on

Nice to Have

  • Experience in performance management, learning & development, equity programs

  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS)

  • Experience supporting international teams
