Aufgaben

Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Kandidaten
Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
Erstellen von Stelleninseraten
Führen von Interviews sowie Vertragsverhandlungen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Bau-, Industrie- oder KV-Branche von Vorteil
Kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
Selbständige, zielorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift andere Sprache von Vorteil
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil
