Your tasks: - Organizing senior management committee meetings, including preparing presentations and minutes - Establishing a project management office for the implementation of the Country and Client Coverage model - Communicating with regional business managements globally, including managing the team inbox, assessing and tracking special cases, and escalating to senior management as needed - Maintaining and improving the Country Coverage Centre (intranet knowledge hub) - Updating web-based training material for Relationship Managers and Front stakeholders Your experience/knowledge: - 2+ years of experience in project management and business analysis or in a similar role - 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with front office, legal or change management responsibilities - Excellent PowerPoint skills, the ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office - University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline - Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken, German would be a plus Your soft skills: - Strong communication skills and comfortable managing senior stakeholders - Solid strategic, conceptual and organisational skills plus a structured workstyle, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Location: Zurich, Switzerland Sector: Financial Start: ASAP Duration: 08MM+ Ref .Nr.: BH21633 Take the next step and send us your resume along with a daytime phone number where we can reach you.
