Product development manager junior

For our client, leader in the cosmetic fields,we are looking for a Product Development Managerjunior (H/F).

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the cosmeticproduct development, including formulation chemists, productengineers, and project managers
• Develop productconcepts and implement product development strategies to meetbusiness objectives and marketdemands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Korea teams, marketing, regulatory affairs, andmanufacturing, to drive product innovation anddevelopment
• Communicate with suppliers andmanufacturers to make sure product development and timelyschedule
• Conduct market research and trendanalysis to identify new product opportunities and consumerpreferences
• Work closely with R&D andformulation teams to develop, test, and refine product formulas,ensuring they meet quality and efficacystandards
• Collaborate with design and packagingteams to create attractive, functional, and sustainable packagingsolutions
• Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop and execute product launch plans, including marketingcampaigns, promotions, and salesstrategies

Qualification and skills :

• Bachelor's degree in business,marketing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience incosmetic product development, with proven track record ofsuccessfully launching skincare, haircare, or color cosmeticsproducts.
• Fluent English (spoken andwritten)
• Good understanding of cosmeticformulation, including knowledge of raw materials, ingredientinteractions, and formulation technique
• Strongunderstanding of market trends and artistic capabilities inpackaging and artwork
• Experience managingproduct development projects from concept to commercialization,including budgeting, timeline management, and resourceallocation.
• Excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspireand motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficiencyin regulatory requirements for cosmetics, including FDA, EU, andother globalregulations
