Your passion for engaging with customers and innovative engineering drives progress in our industry, tackling the once unsolvable. \n\nIn this role, you will directly contribute to Deposition Engineering oranization sucess.\n\nThis is a full time position based in Lausanne under a fixed term contract of 18 months extandable up to 24 months.\n\nDesired start date on July 1st, 2026.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Operate and maintain complex test equipment\n * Conduct guided experiments following rigorous procedures\n * Extract and store signals from industrial interfaces\n * Analyze and visualize data\n * Document results and present findings to internal stakeholders\n * Program and maintain test stand software\n * Prototype control algorithms and support transfer to embedded firmware\n * Package microelectronics in a cleanroom environment\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree in engineering or related technical field (electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, microtechnology, materials science, applied physics)\n * Experience with Python or MATLAB\n * Fluent in English; working proficiency in French\n * Willingness to learn, work hands-on, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and worldwide environement\n * Structured, rigorous working method and strong analytical mindset\n * Ability to work in a cleanroom\n * Good communication skills\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Projects with numerical Python combining databases such as MongoDB\n * Embedded software development in C/C++\n * Prior product design and technical engineering experience is beneficial\n * Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, and maintaining automated semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related hardware, tools, and equipment\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
