The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to product execution at a pivotal moment: we have a strong engineering team and a mature delivery pipeline, but we need dedicated owners to unify stakeholders, shape ideas into shippable outcomes, and drive the execution of our product vision.

What You’ll Do

Drive Implementation of our Product Vision

• Translate OKRs into shaped bets with clear appetite, boundaries, and success measures; then drive them from pitch to kickoff to shipped.

• Create durable alignment across Sales, CS, Leadership, and Engineering on the bets we place now - plus the explicit “not now.”

• Actively manage scope and sequencing to protect velocity while keeping delivery tied to measurable outcomes.

Own the Delivery Interface with Engineering

• Keep a smooth delivery flow from intake → ready → build → release: work enters execution clear, bounded, and implementation-ready to keep cycle time low as we scale.

• Turn product intent into execution-ready work: crisp scope, non-goals, acceptance criteria, and the few edge cases that matter.

• Provide lightweight execution visibility in ClickUp without ticket theater: progress, risks, and dependencies are transparent without disrupting makers.

• Orchestrate releases end-to-end: coordinate rollout sequencing, enablement, release notes, and feedback loops with CS/Sales/Marketing, so shipping is smooth and adoption is measurable.

• Maintain quality and speed: we ship frequently - your job is to make shipping more predictable and higher impact.

Scale the Product Operating System

• Refine and evolve our standards: improve PRD/brief templates, solution frameworks, and decision documentation

• Strengthen our cadence for data-driven prioritization, roadmap communication, and progress reporting across a growing product surface

• Expand our customer discovery loop to cover more product areas (insights → decisions → shipped outcomes)

What You Bring

Must-haves

• 5+ years product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with complex workflows (security is a strong plus)

• Proven track record of driving delivery in cross-functional settings (engineering + GTM stakeholders)

• Strong skill in shaping ambiguous ideas into structured epics/features and keeping alignment over time

• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity startup environments; you bring clarity, momentum, and pragmatic structure

• Technical fluency: you can translate between customer needs and implementation reality with engineers

• Strong written and verbal communication (you’ll create the artifacts people align around)

• Proficiency with AI tools for productivity, analysis, and rapid prototyping

• English required; German is a plus

Strong signals

• Experience in cybersecurity, security testing workflows, vulnerability management, pentesting, or adjacent domains

• Understanding of compliance/audit expectations and what “board-ready” security reporting needs to achieve

• Experience building products that support land & expand in enterprise accounts

Reporting & Compensation

• Reports to: CTO

• Compensation: Competitive base + ESOP, aligned with seniority and impact

• Work setup: Hybrid (Zurich/Bern)
