About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to help elevate our Wallet Infrastructure to new heights. In this role, you will take ownership of driving and coordinating technical projects centred around wallet infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful delivery of strategic new features. Your responsibilities will include designing and specifying innovative infrastructure services, as well as continuously improving our existing systems. By gathering input from stakeholders and monitoring product performance, you will play a key role in shaping our roadmap. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our digital asset services.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate technical projects for our wallet infrastructure across different teams and disciplines
• Design and specify wallet infrastructure solutions and improve existing systems
• Stay curious and collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases; monitor, report, and improve product performance based on trials, MVPs, and customer feedback
• Write and maintain easy-to-understand technical (and client-facing) documentation and oversee demos, workshops, and training sessions with clients
• Collaborate with Marketing, providing materials and documentation based on the product vision and roadmap; promote the products to sales teams through training, newsletters, and other channels

• A fast-learning, driven, detail-oriented, creative, and dependable nature
• Excellent understanding of, and experience with, blockchain, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, and the "crypto space" at large
• Experience in developing and delivering production-ready services
• A passion for continuous learning and curiosity about industry trends and best practices, especially in wallet technology and security
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical and economic structures
• The ability to work under tight deadlines with professionalism and integrity
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
• A background in finance and/or IT, with a keen understanding of the ethical considerations in the financial sector
• Previous work experience in finance or fintech is a plus
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland
