Product Support Scientist

How you'll make an impact

• You provide advanced support to our affiliates and distributors on our Immuno-Hematology products and their application on our systems.
• You resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding IH products and escalate them to the appropriate departments within the organization, if necessary.
• You perform biological and technical tests and compile the findings in corresponding investigation reports.
• You design, organize and conduct internal training courses in English.
• You create and verify application information, e.g. FAQ, Newsletter, before it is officially communicated.

What you bring

• You have a medical or biological education.
• You have a solid Immuno-Hematology knowledge, and a workexperience in a lab/hospital environment.
• Ideally, you have a first experience on a support function.
• You have good analytical skills and are technically savvy.
• You are a team playerand you have a strongcustomer focus.
• You can express yourself in a brief and comprehensible way, are organized and you can be patient and persistent;
• You have excellent oral and written English skills and any other language, preferably German and/or French, would be a plus.
