Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of Wingtra drones for customers
- Hands-on work including gluing, sanding, drilling, and custom labeling of parts
- Mounting and wiring of electronics
- Calibration and quality control / testing of the Wingtra drones
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and contribute ideas to refine production workflows, Lean process improvements, and product design
Requirements
- Basic technical training (e.g. EFZ Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in, Polymechaniker/in) or several years’ experience in a similar assembly role
- Manual dexterity and a flair for precise work
- Interest in working with an innovative team and rapidly changing processes, and helping to shape them
- Very good communication skills in English
Plus
- 3+ years of assembly experience with electromechanical devices
- Proven track record of precise work / series production
- Experience soldering cables, connectors and components
- Background in Lean / 5S
