Position Title: Production Support

Job Summary:
The Production Support team member is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through pre-assembly, assembly, and consumable production activities. This role ensures quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting production schedules and maintaining an organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather required component parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for production activities.

• Perform pre-assembly and assembly of products according to established specifications and work instructions.

• Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.

• Produce consumable components required for the end product.

• Read and interpret manufacturing schedules, work instructions, and units of measure.

• Operate air, hand, and power tools safely and effectively.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.

• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

• Ability to read and understand production documents and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
