Das können Sie bewirken

• Analyse von Kundenanfragen und Erstellung von Kalkulationen

• Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Arbeitsanweisungen

• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Produktionsunterlagen

• Überwachung des Materialflusses und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit

• Pflege von Stammdaten in SAP S4HANA

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Engineering und Logistik

• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Planungs- und Produktionsprozesse

Das bringen Sie mit

• Technische Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Polymechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, Schreiner)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in der Planung oder Fertigung

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Stücklisten

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und Microsoft Office

• Selbstständige, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

How you'll make an impact

• Analyze customer inquiries and calculate cost estimates

• Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions

• Create and manage production documentation

• Monitor material flow and ensure availability

• Maintain accurate master data in SAP S4HANA

• Collaborate closely with production, sales, procurement, engineering, and logistics

• Drive continuous improvement in planning and production processes

Your background

• Technical expertise in a relevant field (e.g., polymechanic, industrial mechanic, mold maker, carpenter)

• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in planning or manufacturing

• Strong technical drawing and bill of materials interpretation skills

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools

• Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

• Fluent in German, with good command of English
