Job Description - Project & Operations Lead to the CEO

About L.RAPHAEL Genève

L.RAPHAEL Genève is a Swiss luxury brand, globally celebrated for redefining well-being, beauty, and longevity. For over 22 years, we have pioneered innovative products, transformative treatments, and holistic solutions, collaborating with prestigious establishments like Four Seasons. Rooted in Swiss heritage, our Swiss-made products blend cutting-edge scientific research with timeless elegance, delivering proven, long-lasting results. With a presence in major cities and world-renowned resorts, we are strategically expanding to elevate our brand and offer unparalleled experiences to our discerning clientele.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project & Operations Lead to the CEO to join in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a unique position designed for a highly intelligent and ambitious individual with a strong background in business, law, or accounting. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is an accelerated learning track alongside a powerful CEO, with daily exposure to strategy, structures, contracts, expansions, and real decision-making at the highest level. This pivotal role will be the daily support to our visionary leader in driving the company’s global mission. The position combines high-level executive assistance with projects daily coordination, ensuring seamless operations. This role requires a highly adaptable, energetic, and results-driven professional who can translate the CEO’s rapid, dynamic flow of information into clear actions and deliverables. The position involves frequent travel (up to 10 days per month across mainly two destinations), full discretion, and the ability to operate calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       To receive the CEO’s ideas, vision, and instructions — and transform them into organised, structured, and executable reality.

·       Manage the CEO’s agenda, priorities, communications, and workflow.

  • Provide high-level support to the CEO, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence with precision and discretion.

·       Convert information; received by message, voice note, email, or in person; into actionable tasks with clear execution. Ensure follow‑ups, deadlines, and deliverables are met.

  • Coordinate the CEO’s personal agenda, including family office-style responsibilities such as managing personal appointments and travel, ensuring a balanced and seamless integration of personal and professional commitments.
  • Acting as an extension of the CEO’s mind in business, legal, and strategic matters
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, including high-profile collaborators.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and follow-up. Prepare reports, summaries, meeting notes, and business documents. Draft and edit documents, emails, and presentations in English and French.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Support the CEO during international travel, attending key meetings and events as required.
  • Drive and contribute to projects, including those tied to our global expansion, brand partnerships and philanthropy.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek an agile, dynamic, and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

·       Proven Experience:

    • This is a unique position designed for a highly intelligent and ambitious individual with a strong background in business, law, or accounting
    • A young, energetic, intelligent, and business‑oriented assistant with a strong sense of ownership. We welcome a junior profile with agility, commitment, and dedication. This role offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth within a luxury global brand.

·       Language Proficiency:

    • Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in French and Hebrew is highly desirable.

·       Global & Balanced Mindset:

    • Exceptional emotional stability
    • Naturally positive, uplifting energy
    • Comfortable with regular international travel (2-3 times per month) and adaptable to diverse cultural and professional settings.

·       Adaptability & Exceptional Organizational Skills:

    • The ideal candidate is someone who is not affected by last-minute changes, shifting priorities, or adjustments to the daily schedule. The CEO’s priorities can evolve overnight or even within the same day depending on operational needs. The person must therefore remain fully flexible, calm, and solution-oriented
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, both professional and personal, with precision, discretion, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.

·       Interpersonal Excellence:

    • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and elegance.

·       Commitment to excellence:

    • Strong work ethic and a commitment, reflecting L.RAPHAEL’s values.

Why Join L.RAPHAEL?

  • Be part of a global Swiss luxury brand at the forefront of wellness and longevity.
  • Work closely with a visionary CEO and collaborate with prestigious global partners like Four Seasons.
  • Enjoy a dynamic, supportive, and inspiring work environment in the heart of Geneva, Switzerland.
