Project Manager (m/w/d) | Explosive Threat Mitigation

At our location in Stockach – the gateway to Lake Constance –, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.

• Take full ownership of new product development and lifecycle, where you will lead cross-functional initiatives
• Drive product development from concept to launch, support portfolio optimization, and coordinate evaluations

• Drive scope, timing, budget, and quality with a strong hands on mindset

• Lead and inspire cross functional teams across engineering, product, and business

• Proactively manage risks, changes, and priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Communicate progress clearly and keep everyone aligned and motivated

• A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a compareable field

• At least 5 years experience in leading projects and IPMA Level C or similar

• At least 5 years’ and projects and IPMA Level C or similar experience leading development projects in dynamic environments

• Confidence using modern project management approaches (agile, hybrid, or classic)

•  A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Strong communication skills and natural leadership energy
