Job Description - Project Manager Schweiz (m/w/d)

As a Project Manager at Nunatak, you’ll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Conceptualization of cross-functional strategies
Professional communication – both internally, in the team, and externally, with decision-makers up to the executive-management level
Development of business models, business plans, and portfolio, positioning and marketing strategies
Analyses of market, competition and best practices
Evaluations of the economic efficiency of business models/strategies and potential investment targets, all the way to due diligence
Project management and coordination of internal and external teams
Professional and personal mentoring of younger colleagues

What you bring to the table:

Completed diploma studies or master’s degree in business administration, economics or similar concentration, with exceptional performance; MBA or doctoral degree desirable
Several years of experience at the senior level, preferably in strategy consulting
Solid knowledge of trends, technologies and models in the field of digitalization (lean start-up, design thinking, etc.), as well as knowledge of mergers and acquisitions
The ability to break down complex issues, derive concrete, strategic courses of action from them, and implement these courses of action
Leadership potential and confident demeanor
The ability to build long-term client relationships and acquire new clients
Very good knowledge of project management and agile project management methods, as well as of MS Office
Business fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken)
