YOUR CHALLENGE

Product Distribution:

• Own the end‑to‑end public distribution strategy for structured products, from ideation and positioning to execution and post‑issuance follow‑up
• Continuously optimize product shelf architecture based on client demand, margin considerations, and issuer competitiveness
• Closely align with the sales desks on the floor, especially the external as well as inhouse distribution teams
• Coordinate with retail networks, financial advisors, and digital platforms to maximize reach
• Increase the visibility of Julius Baer as a Structured Product issuer by contributing articles as well as participating in Panels, industry events, fairs et al
• Drive the further development of the Julius Baer Derivative Portal

Client Engagement:

• Educate distributors and end clients on product features, benefits, and risks
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure proper understanding and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Swiss and cross‑border regulations (e.g. prospectus requirements, KID/KIID, marketing restrictions)
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure robust controls across the public distribution framework
• Monitor changes in regulations and adapt distribution strategies accordingly

Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Leverage data analytics to assess client behaviour, product profitability, and distribution effectiveness
• Translate market intelligence into actionable product and distribution recommendations
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to structured products and broader wealth management offerings

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to Swiss and cross‑border regulations (e.g. prospectus requirements, KID/KIID, marketing restrictions)
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure robust controls across the public distribution framework
• Monitor changes in regulations and adapt distribution strategies accordingly

Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Leverage data analytics to assess client behaviour, product profitability, and distribution effectiveness
• Translate market intelligence into actionable product and distribution recommendations
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to structured products and broader wealth management offerings

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven team player with strong communication skills, willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong negation and communication skills
• 5-10yrs experience in Public Distribution especially in CH
• German (must), English, other languages a plus
• A masters degree in finance or similar
