QA for QC Expert (f/m/d) 80-100%

We support our clients in developing differentiated, stable, usable, and safe injectable treatments for patients.  We are seeking a highly motivated QA for QC Expert to join our Visp team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our drug products. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful setup and operation of our QC laboratories.
 
Your responsibilities will include,  

• Supporting the QC department in the GMP-compliant set-up of QC laboratories and their processes. Furthermore, create all required documents to define QA for QC processes.  
• Being responsible for the timely release of documents (e.g. SOPs, qualification documents, specifications, test methods and method validations) related to Drug Product testing
• Quality oversight of QC- and that QC processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements 
• Ensure a high level of quality in accordance with GMP guidelines
• Support the entire QC team in various topics and contribute ideas for the ongoing optimization and further development of procedures, working methods and processes

We are looking for someone with: 

• Master degree in science like biology, microbiology, pharmacy or similar
• Experienced in a QA area in a GMP-regulated environment for drug product manufacturing or testing
• Experience in microbiology and QC is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Works independently, efficiently, are a team player and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strength to proactive approach to contributing ideas and a willingness to take on responsibilities
• Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility when it comes to solving problem
