Job Description - RAI Expertin / RAI Experte

Aufgabenbereich

Durchführung von internen Schulungen zu relevanten Pflegeerfassungsthemen
Coaching und Anleitung der am Pflegeprozess beteiligten Mitarbeitenden
Stichprobenartige Prüfung des pflegegestützten Dokumentationsprozesses in der Einrichtung
Mitwirkung am Qualitätsmanagement durch Auswertung von Pflegekennzahlen
Kontrolle der Nachvollziehbarkeit pflegeaufwandrelevanter Verschlüsselungen anhand vorliegender Dokumentation
Überwachung der systemgestützten Pflegeprozesse innerhalb der Organisation
Sicherstellung der regelkonformen Anwendung des Erfassungssystems gemäss Vorgaben

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als RAI-NH-Expertin oder Experte erforderlich
Tertiärbildung FH oder HF mit anerkanntem Pflegeabschluss
Umfangreiche Praxis in der Anwendung des RAI-Systems
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich
Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen
Präzise, selbstständige und methodische Vorgehensweise
Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und hohe Gewissenhaftigkeit
SVEB-Zertifikat für Erwachsenenbildung von Vorteil
