Our Front Office department is looking for a receptionist As a host and ambassador of the hotel, you will collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Sales and Marketing, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage departments to maintain high-quality standards in accordance with Relais & Châteaux requirements. CONTRACT: 100%, Seasonal, starting date: as soon as possibleMISSIONS:Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks•Maintain a positive image of the hotel through exemplary attitude and professionalism.•Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.•Provide accurate information regarding the destination to our Hotel Guests.•Manage Hotel bookings, as well as Restaurant and Massage reservations.•Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create unique experiences and serve as an ambassador for the hotel and destination.•Address queries and complaints via phone, email, and other forms of correspondence.•Coordinate travel arrangements for guests.•Ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to all departments.•Monitor daily arrivals and departures, coordinating closely with the housekeeping department.•Oversee customer invoicing.•Communicate and collaborate efficiently with all other hotel departments.•Provide support to other departments as needed.PROFILE:•2 years' experience in a similar position.•Hotel training required. •Language skills : German, French or English.•Organisational skills and diplomacy. •Sense of responsibility, customer service and perfection. •Dedication to your job.ADVANTAGES•Work where others go on vacation!•On-site accommodation and full board available for employees.•Join a young and courteous team that supports and encourages you, with thorough training for your new tasks.
