Employment Type: 80%–100%
Start Date: Immediate or by agreement
Salary: Approximately CHF 5,800–6,800 gross per month, paid 13 times per year, depending on experience, age and canton

Tasks

As a Registered Nurse in Internal Medicine, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Supporting and guiding patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Independently coordinating and managing nursing care plans.
• Assessing patient conditions and responding appropriately in acute situations.
• Collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintaining accurate and complete nursing documentation.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Participating in the education and supervision of nursing students and trainees.
• Supporting the continuous development of clinical nursing standards.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications and qualities:

• Degree in Nursing, such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Swiss Red Cross recognition completed, or at minimum a positive SRK PreCheck confirming eligibility for recognition.
• Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings is an advantage.
• Good German language skills, or willingness to improve them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused, responsible and well-organized working style.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward professional growth.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts where applicable.
