Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Care in Switzerland

We are recruiting motivated Registered Nurses (HF/FH or equivalent) for several modern rehabilitation clinics located in different regions of Switzerland.

In this role, you will support patients throughout their recovery journey following illness, injury, surgery or accidents. You will help them regain independence and return to their daily lives and professional activities.

You will work in a professional, patient-centered environment where interdisciplinary collaboration plays a key role. Together with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals, you will contribute to achieving the best possible rehabilitation outcomes for patients.

Tasks

As a Registered Nurse in rehabilitation care, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
• Actively contributing to the rehabilitation process as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Planning, implementing and evaluating individualized nursing care plans.
• Carrying out medical and therapeutic prescriptions in accordance with your professional expertise.
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation using electronic health record systems.
• Supporting and guiding new colleagues, trainees and nursing students.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and quality development within the clinic.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications and qualities:

• Completed nursing qualification, such as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Swiss Red Cross (SRK) recognition or at least a positive SRK PreCheck.
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Good command of the German language.
• Comfortable working with digital documentation systems and MS Office applications.
